The Vision behind this event is to experience yoga in way that goes beyond the physical yoga postures. Karma Yoga or the yoga of selfless service is about serving other human beings. By opening our hearts to other people around us and by offering kindness and compassion with every opportunity that presents itself, is the highest practice of yoga. This event gives us the chance to cultivate a deep sense of peace we acquire from practicing yoga and an opportunity to funnel that peace and love out to the members of our own community and to other human beings around the world in need of our loving kindness and peaceful offerings
If you are interested in collecting pledges to support Christmas Future, or you just want to come out and participate in the event, please feel free to join the Sukha Yoga Team.
